We specialize in appraisal review services for right-of-way acquisition projects in the transportation and infrastructure industry.
Led by Jeff Rutherford, SR/WA, R/W-AC, Rutherford Real Estate has been in the real estate industry for over 45 years
and has specialized in appraisal review for over 30 years.
Jeff is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed by the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board
and also holds the SR/WA designation and the R/W-AC certification from the International Right of Way Association.
Rutherford Real Estate has completed thousands of appraisal reviews for projects across the State of Texas,
including more than 20 Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) districts, as well as for numerous counties and municipalities.
